We have read that …
We have read that you can take this product as a teenager to prevent damage in later years but other reports say it is not safe to take long term and should only be used later in life. I would really like to know your view on this. If a person was to start taking this in their 20s could they preserve healthy bones, and is it safe?

We would appreciate …
We would appreciate your feedback on this … Can continued use of this product do damage to the kidney, heart or liver and is it best to wait to take it after the age of 40 years old? We have read many reports that some people can take the product from the age of 21 and prevent damage in later years.

I have a friend who …
I have a friend who is a professional ballerina.. She has problems with hip pain after dance routines on some days. Is it safe to take Glucosamine Sulphate in her 20’s? If so how long can she take it for and how long does it take to work. She has just purchased some but has not started to take it as yet. My friend did ask her doctor, but he told her she was too young to be taking the medicine .. but she and I have read if you take it young it will prevent pain/damage in future years.
