    i just bite into it but only to tangerines cuz orange peels are too bitter but there are very small tangerines that have peels that taste good. maybe try those

    I just tried …
    I just tried drinking an entire orange with peel mixed in a blender. I will never do that again. Tasted like bitter saw dust with a hint of orange flavor. I’m sure it’s healthy but tastes very bad.

    Lemon peel does …
    Lemon peel does contain limonene and vitamin C, so presumably they offer similar nutritional content.
